Do I need Pilates experience to join?

No. Most of our clients started as beginners. Our instructors meet you where you are and provide modifications to help you feel comfortable, safe, and successful from your very first class.

How do I try Pilates without committing?

We offer several introductory options for new members: a First Class Special, a 3-Class Intro Package, a 1-Week Unlimited Intro Offer, and an Intro Private Session. We recommend starting with an intro offer so you can experience Haven Pilates, meet our instructors, and find the best fit for your goals before committing.

What should I wear to class?

Wear comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene and are available for purchase at the studio.

How often should I take Pilates classes?

For the best results, we recommend attending 2–3 times per week. Consistency helps improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and overall fitness.

Do you offer private Pilates sessions?

How long is a private Pilates session?

Yes. Haven Pilates specializes in small-group reformer Pilates classes with only 9 reformers, allowing for more personalized instruction and attention.

How early should I arrive for class?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first class and 5 minutes early for future visits.
